I'm Prerna, an artist from Toronto with a passion for South Asian-inspired art. Growing up as an Indian-Canadian, I’ve always felt a strong connection to my heritage, which has shaped my creative journey. From drawing and painting to embroidery, I love expressing my culture through my art.

The name SimpleStitchh is inspired by my mother and grandmother, who often called intricate fabric and embroidery designs a “simple stitch.” Inspired by them, I created SimpleStitchh to celebrate art that combines tradition and personal expression.

Here, you’ll find digital artwork inspired by South Asian culture, as well as custom embroidered tote bags that honor traditional craftsmanship with a modern twist.
